Special Meeting/Workshop

  2. Public Comments: None
  3. Immediate Takeover/Termination of CEP Contract and Program
    Minutes: Dr. Johnson announced that he is withdrawing today's recommendation and distributed a settlement agreement with CEP for Board Members to review. Dr. Johnson briefly summarized the settlement agreement and stated that a special meeting will be held next Wednesday. This meeting will allow Board Members to either vote on the settlement agreement or the recommendation that was withdrawn today.
